Editions 3 and 4 from the

2012 OKM Chamber Music Broadcast Series

Edition 3 - Mezzo Soprano Sasha Cooke joins violinists Ani Kavafian and David Southorn, violist Paul Neubauer, cellist Peter Wiley and pianist Orion Weiss to present the ethereal Chanson perpétuelle by Ernest Chausson.  Pianists Anna Polonsky and Orion Weiss offer six exotic impromptus, Bilder aus Osten by Robert Schumann for piano 4-hands.  And we'll hear the folksy and theatrical Serenade for Two violins and Viola by Zoltan Kodaly played by violinists Ani Kavafian and Katie Hyun and violist Paul Neubaer. 

Edition 4 - Pianist Orion Weiss joins violinist Ani Kavafian, violist Paul Neubauer and cellist Peter Wiley to play the ebullient 2nd piano quartet of Mozart, the Amphion String Quartet offer a performance of Franz Schubert's virtuosic Quartettsatz and join baritone Kelly Markgraf to present Samuel Barber's haunting Dover Beach.
